How to hire Call-E

Get the most out of this automated Artificial Intelligence conversational bot system. Hiring a Call-E bot is as simple as handling itself. 

Follow this simple step-by-step guide and find out how easy it is.

After you login, you will be redirected to My Account area. Once there, you must go to Bots page.

You are now in Bots page. To create a new bot, you must click on the Add New button, as shown in the image below.

A popup window will come up and show you all the settings for the new Bot. These parameters will set how the new Bot is going to work.

Here you must select the type of Bot wanted. We currently have a student loan debts Bot configured, as shown in the picture below.

You must choose the line number that the Bot will use. (In the event that there are no available numbers you must contact our Support Team).

Here, you should provide a name for your Bot. We named our Bot Call-E in this case.

You have to choose the Time Zone which will establish the operational time for the Bot.

In this section, you can manage your Bot’s working schedule. You can modify two different factors here: Working days and working hours. Remember, those hours are based on the Time Zone previously selected.

This is the last part of your Bot’s settings process. FW1, FW2 and FW3 fields should have the phone numbers where the bot will transfer calls. Fallback and Callback URL are optional fields and should be filled as needed. Finally, click on Save button and the Bot will be added to your Bot’s dashboard.
